INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces vegan biscuits, I used Annie’s Organic Flaky Biscuits
- 8oz vegan sausage
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened plant milk
- salt and pepper
METHOD
- Bake biscuits according to package
- While the biscuits are baking, thoroughly heat the sausage in a large pan over medium heat (about 6 minutes )
- Stir in flour
- Gradually add plant milk; stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil until thick. Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
- Serve over warm biscuits
