INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces vegan biscuits, I used Annie’s Organic Flaky Biscuits
  • 8oz vegan sausage
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened plant milk
  • salt and pepper

METHOD

  1. Bake biscuits according to package
  2. While the biscuits are baking, thoroughly heat the sausage in a large pan over medium heat (about 6 minutes )
  3. Stir in flour
  4. Gradually add plant milk; stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil until thick. Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  6. Serve over warm biscuits
