Vegan Sausage Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz vegan biscuits I used Annie’s Organic Flaky Biscuits
  • 8 oz vegan sausage
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups  unsweetened plant milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bake biscuits according to package
  • While the biscuits are baking, thoroughly heat the sausage in a large pan over medium heat (about 6 minutes )
  • Stir in flour
  • Gradually add plant milk; stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil until thick. Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Serve over warm biscuits
