Basil Tahini Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1.5 cups basil leaves packed (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup iced water
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until the basil is finely chopped and the consitancy is creamy.
  • Add to cooked pasta of choice
