- 1 14oz package of extra-firm tofu
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp mellow white miso
- Lemon juice from ½ a lemon
Crumbled the tofu, miso, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and blend the mixture until creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
