Soak the Soy Curls in water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside

In a skillet, heat coconut oil. Sauté onion for 5 mins until soft, then add garlic & cook 2 more mins.

Add chipotle chili, adobo sauce, peaches, and stir briefly. Finish by including tomato sauce & simmer on low for 20 minutes.
